I’m not certain of the quality of the flowers as I haven’t seen them. But….i put the order in at about 9am in Australia and received an email from England thanking me from my sister in law for the lovely flowers at 11am, just 2 hours later. Thank you, so impressed

At a sad time their 'can do' approach was appreciatedI had a query on my order and the person I spoke to was very helpful. We asked for a change in colour in one of the wreaths online, and this was done for us. On the day the flowers were fresh and the wreath very nicely made. We were very pleased with our purchase

A gorgeous arrangement for a very reasonable price. Communication was excellent. I received a phone call to ask about delivery details as they wanted to make sure I received my order on time. I would definitely recommend Chandlers.
